To avoid breaking your new piece of glass straight away
Please check your stove closely for the following things and inspect glass delivered for any damage before fitting .
1) hairline cracks in stove door or body causing movement as it heats.
2) Overtightening of retaining clips , these should only be lightly pinched up.
3) worn sealing rope so glass is in contact with metal intead of rope.
4) front of grate warped so when door is shut grate touches glass.
5) Hitting obstruction such as log or fuel in front of retaining bars.
6) Age

We will only dispatch items once we have received cleared funds – so if you pay by echeque we will wait until we are notified that the payment is complete, which can be up to 9 working days.

We have a no quibble returns policy – if the item is faulty we will do all we can to ensure you get a replacement or a refund if that is what you want. If the item is returned in new condition then we will refund the original purchase price but not the cost of the return postage.
